How it Works
Resin fill + extract functionality
Increase your “in-build” resin capacity (5 liters in the cartridge + 3 liters in the vat). Eliminate the need to manually top fill with a bottle. Extract excess resin easily to reduce waste and unnecessary resin messes. Resin is thoroughly filtered before being returned to Intelli-Cartridge. Great for high volume builds and production runs.
Auto-mix
Filled resins are the next frontier of photopolymer advancement. Active mixing ensures a more homogeneous dispersion of fillers in the resin so that printed parts have consistent filler levels in every layer. With the Intelli-Cartridge’s auto-mix capabilities, users can program stirring cycles to address their unique application needs.
Active IR Heating
In a growing ecosystem of high-performance materials, it’s critical for users to have the capability of modulating viscosity by controlling material temperature. The Intelli-Cartridge uses an array of IR heaters to manage the material temperature.
